Earth-Based Yoga

Yoga in nature creates magic for the soul. It combines the healing and medicinal properties of the earth and yoga itself. Nature is our greatest teacher, supporter and for many of us, our sanctuary. Seeking nourishing movement and stillness in nature allows us to shed the layers and find clarity in our heart.

Each class with Rachel is infused with teachings from nature. Rachel uses inspiration from the elements, moon phases, seasons and cycles to dissolve overwhelm and connect you deeper to your true self.
